Backup & Restore, add: ability to extract from other directories

We have this:

I would like to see the ability to "Extract User Data from Backup from this (selected) directory."

Because I use several servers (bata/Stable) and let some users use different ones, this would make it easier to copy their watched history when I upgrade them to a newer version (or beta). 

Of course, I know I can change the backup path to do this:

But can you make it easier for us testers? Just select a different path to restore?
