Hoochee 12 Posted January 31 Posted January 31 I had an extremely difficult time getting an external user set up, partly becasue emby keeps deleting their Emby Connect email address from the User profile. The server is also not being named correctly on their Emby Connect access. Email being deleted - I've had to re-renter in the server several times over the last few days as I realize it's gone and that's the reason I'm not seeing my server in their Connect. I can send a log if something like woudl show up in it. Server name - Let's say my User profile is Willy. I set up a User called Waylon for access outside the network and that's the one associated to the Emby Connect account. In AppleTV he server name shows as Willy, when you click on it Waylon is opened and that's server/User name shown in the upper right corner. Why is that happening? I assume it's a cache issue so on the AppleTV the emby app needs to be un/re installed to fix that? Or is there another way?

You're using the term server and user interchangeably but they are not the same thing.
