On the Web UI (Edge) I see: “You have a Lifetime Emby Premiere plan and your device usage is well within your limit.” But in the Emby Windows app it says: “You have a Invalid Emby Premiere plan and your device usage is well within your limit.” Same server, same account, device limit is fine. Only the Windows app shows it as invalid. The Windows app was working normally a few days ago. The issue appeared recently. Any ideas?
ebr 16169 Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Hi. This looks like just a display issue (which should be addressed) but it shouldn't impact functionality at all. Are you having an issue other than just that display?

Are you having an issue other than just that display? I reinstalled the Emby Windows app, and the Premiere status is now correct. 1
