Playback music via QR code

Hi,

I wonder if it is possible to playback music via QR code on a certain device.

My goal is to playback a certain album on my AVR in the living room via scanning a QR code.

The QR code would contain the web link to the server with the album and the target device , like e.g. 

 

https://emby.xxxxx.myds.me/emby/Sessions/Playing?ItemId=686307&DeviceId=[DeviceId]&api_key=[YourAPIKey]

Is this possible ?

Sorry, not to make it clear.

I woudl create a paper / card with different QR codes to playback music (similar to Hitster).

A phone would read the QR code (which is finally a https:// address) whcih points to the emby server with a comand to play a certain album on a certain device (UPNP).

Well what would be responsible for playing?

I have the emby app on the phone controlling what to play where, so the QR code would define the Album or Song or playlist and the device, where it would be played on, like shown on the http code in the 1st post.
