Ran through all troubleshooting steps, Cleared Cache. Reset Box. Uninstalled Emby on Nvidia Shield and then re-installed. Still same issue. Edited January 29 by softworkz

I must ask, have you posted this in the correct forum? This forum is for the WMC UI version of the Emby client. Is that the app you are having issues with? Please provide the version number of the affected app, thanks.
