NegCap 0 Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I am having the exact same problem and the apps won't even launch on my AppleTV, my phone or my iPad. I can't change any settings because the apps won't launch. Please help!

NegCap 0 Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 It just hangs at the Emby logo and spins, Usually when I download a new version of the server software I immediately delete the old version. This time I didn't and if I go back to the old version, it works fine on all my devices. The new version of the server only works on my computer where everything is kept. I don't know if it's a bug in the new version but usually when it stops working for me, it means I need to update and restart the server. I did that and it just broke it for me.

krisklein213 0 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I am having the same issue on my iPad (5th gen OS version 16.7.14). the Emby logo comes up on the screen and sits there. i have tried to delete and reinstall the app and several restarts of the iPad. I can open the app and connect to the server on my other iPad (5th gen OS 16.7.12). Have not tried to update that one to see if I get the same issue, don't want to be without both of them. Any help would be appreciated.
