Unable to log in to Emby apps – urgent assistance

Hello,

I am a paying customer.

For the past 3 days I have been unable to log in to Emby via the TV (LG Smart TV) and mobile apps.

I constantly receive a “Username or password incorrect” error.

Important note:

I can successfully log in via the browser at [redacted], so the account and password are correct.

What I have already tried:

Resetting the password (multiple times)

Deleting and reinstalling the apps

Manual server connection

Logging out from all devices

Nothing helped.

In addition, I cannot find the invoice/receipt for my payment, although I do see the charge on my credit card.

Please check my account and restore app access as soon as possible, or advise how this issue can be resolved.
