Trouble playing 1 TV show on Sony TV using Emby Android TV app.

Hi all.  I'm new to Emby and NAS media players in general so not sure how to fix this.  I have a 2019 Sony Bravia TV that works fine with Xfinity cable box and their apps.  I've cancelled that service and moving to all streaming (YoutubeTV).  I've downloaded other streaming apps like Netflix and they seem to work fine. The only one I'm having problems with is Emby.  At first it told me invalid log in or password. Downloading app again and signing in and it worked.  I can play some shows/movies that are on my NAS.  I have 1 series that I really like that the first episode the video stops on the first frame.  Eventually it starts playing but no sound.  If I switch to the next episode it's a black screen but sound plays for a few seconds then stops. All were videos were made with MakeMKV and work fine using the Apple TV device on a different TV, and my Roku TV.  Not even sure where to start.  Any suggestions?

I   don't think I can provide the information requested.  Again, I'm very new to all this so not sure how to find the logs requested.  Nothing really to screenshot from the TV.  Or maybe I don't understand what you're asking for.
