Unable to scan library (due blocking)

Hello
Can you help me figure out how library scan work
Now if I start scan it freezes on 92% (initial percentage) and not end until forced stop

Im sure (80%) its cos my provider or country blocks some cdn or another domain

So what domains used on library scan that I should add to exception list and unlock?
For now library scan not work (unless on VPN)

Well

For now near an hour scanning running 

So there is no timers (like watchdogs)

Tomorrow try to setup vpn

Tmdb block my country by dns

I add public dns but its not help for now

But api endpoint resolves to dns

On windows server use host dns resolvers, isn't it?

Now i figure out one intresting behaviour
I enable option in library "store cached copy of images in metadata" and "load images in advance"
As from description I want that server load all images and store them on meta folder
But if image cant load than scan stuck

Yesterday try to scan library with only 5-6 tv shows 12 episodes each
Meta on first tv show appears

Then as i think server try to get image and stuck

I try to wait as you said, but 2,5 hours later no progress

When enable vpn and images can load then scan progress move forward (but only after restart scan)

 

so thats why I ask about endpoints

I want to add them to vpn and server will work fine

Found image.imdb.org that cant load images (even if added to vpn)

Seems there are another domains that I need to find

Hi, I don't think it's stuck. It's just taking longer than you would like. And this option will add even more time to the library scan:

Quote

"load images in advance"

I would just be patient and give it more time and allow it to finish.

Try next time

I moved server from linux to windows

And such long scan seems strange for me

But mb not, cos now scan all library at once

on windows its more simple

folders manipulations much handy

and on my subjective opinion its faster but mb just seemed so

now scan work great and all my library (90 tv shows 2000+ episodes) scanned fast

 

in case if someone from my region (Russia) themoviedb and fanart is blocked and needed bypass by vpn

just added their domains to proxy or vpn and all work great
