Screen jumping sizes when forwarding recordings

Hi,

The emby playback screen jumps sizes when playing back recordings then forwarding adverts etc.  Happens when comskip attempts to skip adverts also.

See attached screen shots, if you stop the playback, wait a few seconds then resume it returns full screen (really annoying issue) can you please fix this?

If it helps it happens A LOT LESS with hls turned ON. I could possibly upload an example to help you recreate the issue
