1971camaroguy 32 Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Just curious is there any plans for emby to be developed into a linux build like LibreElec? I prefer emby, just bought a lifetime subscription. Not a huge fan of kodi. But the idea of LibreElec peaked my interest.....it would be nice to build a standalone emby player, that has internal docks (like zidoo) for direct data storage - that boots into the UI and ready to go. Honestly I like tinkering with things and building new stuff lol
1971camaroguy 32 Posted January 18 Author Posted January 18 I'm sorry emby server, I seen the emby app for linux was released. Just curious if there were any plans to build a stripped down iso for a linux with emby baked in, boots into emby ect I'm running emby server in unraid docker with my shield and it works fine. Just thought I would ask. Be kinda cool to build a media player like a zidoo but running emby.
