Is that when the Guide refresh-task runs or does Emby scan the libraries just before the scheduled recording begins? I cannot prove it "yet" but have a suspicion that Emby is recording TV episodes twice, from the same channel, despite being set to scan all libraries for duplicates. The show being recorded is correctly listing Season / Episode numbers in the Guide listing for that channel. Only one channel is selected. How can I troubleshoot this? Where in the server log can I find the decision to record or not record an episode? Edited January 16 by atreyu4055

Hi, in the latest version of the server it is now both, but in older versions it was only during the guide refresh.

atreyu4055 17 Posted January 23 Author Posted January 23 I think I fixed this... my fault. The problem is with MCE-Buddy which moves encoded output to another directory of which needs to be defined as a Library in Emby... with Real-Time monitoring enabled. 1
