Access media library (VOD) from IPTV services

Good morning,

first of all, I am new with Emby.

I have learned that IPTV services have to be defined in the LiveTV section ... looks strainghtforward for me.

I am wondering if it is possible to access the media library (video on demand) of IPTV services, usually films and shows. from within Emby.
Like adding a library ...
