You might need to try and delete the subfolders in the server 'cache/subtitles' folder to force it to re-extract subtitles if you are retesting files that previously had issue.

I did a clean install, deleted everything and installed beta via Docker. The issue is still there. 1

CocoAdv 2 Posted April 22 Posted April 22 (edited) I do have the same issue with Romanian subtitles and only on LG TV running 1.0.50 app. With samsung tv subtitles works just fine. ă, â, î, ș, ț, Ă, Â, Î, Ș, Ț all with issues Any fix yet? @Luke@SamES Edited April 22 by CocoAdv
trekflix 5 Posted April 22 Author Posted April 22 Guys, the Emby technicians have already informed us that the 4.10.0.10 update for LG TVs did not fix the subtitle error. What will fix this is a server system update. But it's not ready yet. I confess that this is very annoying and is taking too long, but all we can do is wait.

Is it internal or external subtitles? If it's external, you can just send the external sub file. Thanks

If it's external, you can just send the external sub file. Thanks Internal legends continue to be a problem. I extracted the internal mkv legend for SRT and it works perfectly, with no errors on the external one.

My issue is with internal subtitles dying/no longer rendering in the last minute or two of a TV show.

Try deleting the subfolders in the server 'cache/subtitles' folder to force it to re-extract subtitles.

If you are still having an issue after deleting the subfolders in the server 'cache/subtitles' folder to force it to re-extract subtitles then please provide me with a sample and an summary of the problem so that it's clear which subtitle issue you experiencing. Thanks

Yeah this did work, i can now confirm that for me beta version + deleting cache/subtitles folder fixed the issue for both movies i have posted earlier, will keep you updated in case of any changes but i already tried couple movies and everything seems working just fine now. Thumbs up! 1
