Strange behavior on one specific channel (Atlanta 5.6 Fox Weather)

For some reason, this one particular channel doesn't seem to load in Emby but works fine with my HDHomerun Flex 4K box and app. When I go to play in Emby, I just get the blue spinny wheel and then eventually a blank screen. I've tried both with transcoding on and off, but neither seems to make a difference. Attached are the relevant logs. Not sure if this is expected behavior, or if I have a configuration issue, but figured I'd ask.
