Live TV Guide data not downloading IPTV (Krooz TV)

I posted this originally in the Synology section of the forum, It's probably better placed in this topic forum.

Are there any emby users out there who subscribe to KroozTV as an IPTV source (Live TV)?
Everything on my system was working OK until today, they changed the URL of the target M3U.

Live TV is working but I cannot seem to get the guide to work (LOAD) now. It might be the format of the guide data they provide, but I'm not sure.
Ive comapred the old M3U file to the current, and the format didnt change.

I can ask the service support if they can help, but I doubt they can. They do not know very much about Emby.

When this was working previously,  I chose XML TV as the choice in EMBY. Im trying that now, but the data just doesnt seem to load.
Ive tried different things, so far no luck. also the download of guide data when it was working usualy took a few minutes. Now it takes about one minute so it seems the data just isnt downloading?

Ive attached my entire log after a guide refresh, if it helps. any suggestions, help greatly, greatly apprciated.

Hi, what URL did you specify for xml tv? Looks like you entered something that is not xml

Hi Luke: Thanks for reposnding, youre always very helpful.

This provider offers an M3U file which certainly isnt xml. Here is an example line of code from the file:

#EXTINF:-1 xui-id="{XUI_ID}" tvg-id="foxnews.ca" tvg-name="CA FOX NEWS" tvg-logo="https://cdn.tvpassport.com/image/station/240x135/v2/s16374_h15_ab.png" group-title="Canada | News",CA FOX NEWS
http://proxpanel.pro:80/*********/*******/3754

Having said this, I did get it to work previously, having configured it to use xml-tv. Maybe it was just luck that it worked?
I uninstalled xml-TV and tried using the M3U link on its own without guide data, I checked off  "import guide directly from m3u, when available", no luck there.

Im trying differennt iterations so far no luck. I hope that it's not a case of The M3U file being un-usable in EMBY.

Working with the provider on this is difficult. They have good support, reponses are always timely, but they arent great on the tech side.
Also, Im a novice with IPTV work so that doesnt help.

You need to find a xml epg service. Your provider may have a recommended one for your channel set.

FINALLY! I asked about an xml file for the third time, and they pointed me to the correct "Guide Data File".
Its pure xml and it fixed the issue. Thanks Luke U Da Man.
