לא מצליח להיכנס

  אני מנסה להיכנס , הורדתי את האפליקציה בחדר והוא לא נותן לי להכניס שם משתמש סיסמה רק מספר שרת

You need to install a server of your own and populate it with media - or someone needs to share their server with you.

עובד לי ב2 טלויוזיות אבל שאני שאני מוריד שלישית הוא מראה את זה 

אין לי אפשרות לרשום את השם משתמש והסיסמה

Paid for what? Where? If someone is selling you access to a server, that is in breach of Emby's Terms of Service. If you have issues accessing that server, you need to contact the admin of that server. If you follow the link above:
