Ashbless1975 0 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Emby sessions. Until recently, I was able to have up to 4 devices logged in simultaneously (2 TVs, an iPhone, and an iPad). Although I only played content on one device at a time, I could browse the menus on all of them without being logged out. The problem started after I tried to connect a new Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Since then, the system automatically logs me out of all other devices whenever I try to have more than one session active. Even after removing the new Fire Stick and logging out of it, I can no longer maintain two devices connected at the same time; as soon as I log into one, the other is kicked out. My server provider suggests this is a software-side issue with Emby's session management. • I do not have Emby Premiere. • I do not have access to the 'Devices' tab in my settings (it seems hidden by the admin). • I have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the apps on my mobile devices, but the 'one-session-only' behavior persists. Is there any specific reason why adding a new device would trigger this logout loop or change the session behavior for my user? Is there any way to force a global logout to reset my active sessions? Thank you for your help.

This must mean that you are just a user, on someone else's server, right? So you would need to talk to that guy. If this is your server installed on your own hardware. Then dev's would need logs. ebr 16169 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Hi. It sounds like your server admin is using a plugin that limits your access. You will need to talk to them. Thanks.
