I play music a lot through Emby. Just today I noticed when displaying under something like "artist" I see the grid style of artists but the "jump to a letter" option with the alphabet on the left side disappeared. I swear it was there yesterday. Just checked and I show ver 4.1 build 52 of the Roku app. Did that accidentally get removed or am I crazy. Makes it hard for me as I have a lot of music on my system.

Hi what screen are you on exactly?

Hi.  How are your artists sorted?  They have to be sorted by name for the alpha picker to work.

Normally, on this screen, I would see the alpha picker on the left side. They are in alphabetical order as you can see. It was there just a couple of days ago. It does show up fine on the right side on my windows Emby client. So nothing changed with the app lately? Seems odd.

Update: it does show up under the Folders view, which I just found accidentally, but not on any other menu choices.  Is there a toggle to turn on or off that maybe I screwed up? I've looked under options but nothing jumps out at me.

Thanks

Hi.  That's not one of our sort options.  Can you look in the sort menu and tell us exactly which one is chosen?

Title. A-Z.

Hmmm.  What is the version number of your Roku app (can be found in the app setting screen)?

OK. You got me digging around. For some reason on Album Artists for example, nothing was selected in the sort order (which is strange). Once I selected something the Alpha Sort shows up. So make a note: If nothing is selected in the sort, the Alpha Sort doesn't show up. How that happened is beyond me but now I know how to fix.

Thank you for your help!

Dennis
