povilask 0 Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Hello, one of my users recently started to get black screens and indefinite loading animations for some of my media, it started a day or two ago for some reason. It seems only happening on sony android TV and not others, I am attaching my logs embyserver.txt perhaps you see anything here. User was "sandra" and device is SONY KD-55X75WL, you can specifically look at the moment "Avatar" watched, I also was informed user got error saying "Too many errors giving up." Luke 42077 Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Hi. Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares? Thanks.
