FaustinaR 0 Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Hi! The app is giving me a hard time for a few weeks now as I try to search a movie or anything really in the search bar, but the screen goes black. I have this problem only on one of my TVs. On my phone and other tv, the search bar it's working, but it takes a really long time for the movie to show up and sometimes when I open the app the screen goes black, can't even see my username or anything. I really want to solve this issue but idk how

FaustinaR 0 Posted January 5 Author Posted January 5 Ok so my dad took this video( sorry for the slow typing) and he's saying that the movies that are recommened in the home screen do work (even tho sometimes they suddenly stop and you have to track back the minute you left on) and then he is trying to find "Avatar" using the search bar(or any movie) and it never shows up VID-20260105-WA0019.mp4
