Hi everyone

I've been using Emby for quite some time now.
I've given remote access to a few people.
I don't have Emby Premier.
I have 7 users (including myself).
There are 9 TVs in the devices running the app "Emby for Android tv"

And yesterday, while everything was working fine until now, one of the users received this error message when trying to play content: Free playback device limit exceeded.

I removed a user who wasn't connecting anymore.
I removed devices that were no longer in use.

I rebooted the server.
I disabled transcoding for that user.

Nothing has worked, and I don't understand why this message is appearing, since there are never more than 3 users connected in the same time, and most of the time only one or two.

I tried to make him connect while there was no one else connected and still there is this error message.

If anyone knows the limits imposed by Emby, I would appreciate an explanation.

Can it be due to his hardware ?

Thank you in advance.

I doubt you will find a better price anywhere for a solid product like Emby (how much are you paying for your cell phone monthly?)

$ 119 USD for Emby Premiere lifetime is a steal!

Here is a sample of one of my two premiere licences running on a low-power N150 mini ...
