I didn't know that, thanks for the tip! I've always used telnet even on Windows.

It saves from having to install or enable other tools though openssl and telnet are still good to have.

That is not looking ok, i have just added the certificate path and password to emby, as mentioned in this guide: 

 

but thats the result from "openssl s_client -connect localhost:8920" :

Okay that's interesting since I didn't see any errors related to the certificate. How did you create the PFX?

I have used the gguide from Digicert Website, if the is a more direct way, please let me knoe

Hello all, finally it is working!

i have used the tool from Digicert to create a new CSR and then reissued the Certificate from NO-IP.com again. (openssl tool installed and added to the system path before)

Then i have followed the steps above from Digicert to convert my new pks7 (p7b) file in two steps to a pfx file and added the path and password in Emby.

 

Thank you all for your help, think i have learned a lot from you all. Support in this Forum is excellent!

Apologies I missed your post on Sunday, the second step was the main one I was looking for and that is correct. Glad you got it sorted finally. :)
