No Download Options

Hi. I've been using the Emby iOS client to download items to local storage on my iPhone because the WiFi connection at my gym is not that great.  It's worked like a charm for months. Now, whenever I pick an individual episode to download, I click the down arrow and I see a Download page but it has no options.  If I tap the Download button, nothing happens. I'm assuming it's some sort of Server-based weirdness because it's the same on an iPad and a Mac.  I'm running server 4.9.1.90.  The Download settings appear to be correct. I've attached a screenshot.  Any help would be appreciated.

Gotta admit, didn't think that would do it but, reinstalling brought the options back.  I did a reinstall on both the iOS and iPadOS clients and it fixed both.  Thanks for the help!
