Trailer Language And Error

Recommended Posts

All the trailers are in English. How can I get them in my language? The plugin doesn't have that option.

There are also tons of trailers that won't play with the following error, and I ended up disabling the Trailers plugin: Playback Error: Currently, no compatible streams are available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for more details.

OK.   Let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!

I had it disabled because it wasn't working, but I enabled it again and played 2 or 3 trailers and none of them worked in this case, but that error doesn't appear in all of them.

Did you check the log? I'm just asking if you want to fix it. I don't care if I deactivated the plugin; I'm not interested if it's not in my language. What I don't understand is, if you sell a product globally, why isn't everything adapted globally as well? We all pay for it; we all have the same rights, right? This isn't a complaint, it's a suggestion.

On another note, I noticed that this error only appears on Emby Web. It works correctly on Android TV (although only in English...).

If you need any further testing to fix it, let me know. Otherwise, you can close the thread.

Regards.

OK currently the trailers will be in English. I think that is the next improvement to the Trailer plugin that we can look at making. Thanks.
