QNAP TS-664 Emby install hung and can not remove

Installed with premiere worked tried to remove and will not allow shutdown of server need to delete -- help

Hi there, what exactly did you try to remove? What exactly happened when you tried to shutdown?

Whole emby app then hung was populated

Says removed but will not let me reload

App center says emby server removed but still on app center screen latest emby spot goes to 80% and hangs currently have ssh to server with putty trying to delete EmbyServer directory with rm -rf command

After putty delete finished it corrected itself thank you for assistance
