You only do a handful of updates per year. Honestly, this and the LG bug in 1.0.49. I get randomly missing genre art for movies and tv libraries. I thought it was my raid6 array and disks playing up. After hours of scans, they are fine and no other data is corrupted and more time to clear caches and setup genre artwork for it to randomly remove them again. The LG issue with new update is linked to same issue with Android client that I run on a Fire Stick 4k Max. The big red banner asking for retry. This was introduced on Android like 10 releases ago. I give up following reporting issues as dont get taken seriously. I now wait for others to pile in who have higher forum scores than me, or emby team to fix by mistake. Like the thumbnail default size change to a music library on Android client and the fact if someone in the team just went though each size that you can set for images, that default is the wrong default size and large and larger are the same. Software can and will have bugs, regressions, etc. and there is no such things as 100% test coverage or 100% bug free software. Yes we do get that, and been emby customers since mediabrowser days however, emby does have long alpha/beta cycles, and these bugs only showed up on point release to fix big main release. That one didn't have a long test cycle. Luke and ebr know I support Emby, and know I like the software, my frustration was at lack of anticipated fix date, because as I said, only a couple of releases per year are done that are general release for Synology. The rest of fixes go on tied up with alpha or beta for months. I didn't want to wait months for a fix that is user impacting. Thankfully, a release has just come available which is akin to a bug patch or hotfix

Only ones I have without images are ones with a single album or no album image. But at the same time there has to be another condition as this single album created an image. 1

(when I remove Genre image, it regenerates it, like it did before on older Emby versions): Apparently, it takes random 4 to generate Genre thumbnail.
