Looking forward to trying it, and meanwhile selecting different apps+content, and maybe there's another Emby client on another device that works ok I can connect to the TV by sharing/cable to play them on it. We have a '17 WebOS LG TV and hadn't used Emby for a few weeks, but started seeing playback stutter every few tens of seconds (again, maybe a minute ish? Maybe more often - not consistent every time) and get stuck after periods of ok playback on the same content after some seconds (15? Or after 1 minute? I forget) on the previous Emby WebOS app during Christmas holidays; before we upgraded the app. We saw there was a WebOS app upgrade available so tried it in case it fixed, and it might have made it run longer before the first fail (but again unsure, cos of the slightly random nature of fails before and only tried it a couple more times on the new app version), but general pattern of pauses in playback and getting stuck continued as before. Server logs showed the client was playing and then stopping, just like other people's logs here, though we weren't touching the controls.

Sure, the app opens and you can browse through the libraries, but playback (arguably core functionality) is completely broken. Surely the Emby team retains the code for prior versions which should be able to be pushed to the LG app store. I've been an Emby Premier subscriber for years; I pay the monthly plan because I really like the product and want to support its continued development and support. For this issue to not have been resolved for several weeks is unacceptable. The blame can't fully be placed on LG, as the Emby team should have contingency plans for catastrophic failures.

Hi, apologies for the disruption. LG does not offer a mechanism to instantly revert to a previous, already-approved binary. Therefore the only option was to submit a new update. 1

I was lucky enough to not install 1.0.49 before it became apparent how broken it was. That seems to be fixed with 1.0.50 so I will probably give in to the TV nagging me to update soon enough. But can I ask what "merge movies and shows" means in the blog post? Emby for LG 1.0.50 has been released. Here are the highlights: Resolve playback error on some 2018-2019 models Merge Movies and Shows into a new Movies & Shows tab in mixed content libraries Unfortunately when I migrated over my collection to a new NAS, restoring the backup converted all my libraries to mixed content. I noticed it on TV shows when things were not getting categorised properly and ended up rebuilding that library from scratch. I never bothered rebuilding Movies and it hasn't been an issue but i would like some clarification on what this new tab is and how it works. Thanks.

Given the issues some people have mentioned about subtitles (confirmed as a server issue) and a user comment on the 4.9.3 blog post from a user who doesn't like the merge setting. I think I'll wait until the option to turn it off is available.

Quando voce assiste o episódio todo ele mostra a cena, e quando nao assistiu, mostra a logo. Aí, voce coloca como reproduzido, ele mostra as cenas. Está muito estranho.
