Hi @Luke,

I’ve sent you two log files via private message:

  1. A complete Emby log from two days ago, covering the full session when I was testing with a friend.

  2. A filtered log (named embyserverclientlg.txt) which starts exactly from the moment we began our tests, removing all the irrelevant previous data.

For your reference, and in case it helps you filter or identify specific events, the LG screen we used for testing had the public IP 152.231.129.52.

I am sharing these logs privately because I want to keep sensitive information, such as my server's public IP, confidential and away from the public eye.

I hope this data helps us move forward with a solution. I currently have four friends experiencing this same issue, and they are unable to watch any of the content I share with them.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!

no I rather sit this one out, I'm sure you have enough logs for now. or I recommend to just turn on a lg tv (probably with webos 25) and test your apps before rolling it out.

for me the lg apps were never a real solution (like I reported many times for example how to adjust sub delay if the box hides the complete sub???). my external player with kodi and emby for kodi works.... my other lg with the old webos 24 also works (not sure which app version, not at home).

No bypass ? No way to downgrade ourselves ?

It's not our tv we dont own shit, LG locks everything.... With Android we would be able to download an apk from the many archive on the web and install it.

Hi, can you reproduce using the TV's web browser and opening http://app.emby.media?

That is our hosted web app and should be largely the same as the LG app. If you can reproduce there, then we can update that quickly to show more error information that might help us track this down.

Thanks.
