Tried on a couple different LG TVs this morning and it's coming up with 'There was an error processing the request. Please try again later." when trying to go into anything from the home screen. 1

In the logs, I only see "authentication" no logs about attempting to play anything. It was working a few days ago, and it is not right now. Edited December 26, 2025 by pixeler

pcorderog205 18 Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 As an additional note, I’ve tested server versions 4.9.1.80 and 4.8.10.0 and the issue persists. It’s worth noting that this is happening specifically with Emby for LG version 1.0.49

It seems there is no activity at all - completly empty. I've also updated server to 4.9.1.90 - same issue

chinchinoc 5 Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 As a quick solution the devs should roll back the update and put the old version on LG store again. I think in case of a breaking bug this should be possible instantly without re-verfication by LG. 1 2

If there is no update, it works! What kind of log do you need?! Suggestions like rollback apparently fall on deaf ears? The situation hasn't been working for the whole weekend, and you're talking about forwarding logs? Come on. Install Jellyfin or Plex - apparently that will be the only solution. 2

I think a dev cannot instantly roll back an app. You have to submit a new or the previous "stable" version to go through the whole app approval process again which takes weeks again... :-(
