Playback Error - No compatible streams are currently available message

Hi !  I can't get this VC-1/DTS movie to play.  I get the subject line error - below dashboard snip only shows up for a second before failure.  Logs attached.

Hi, as a test if you disable hardware transcoding in server transcoding settings, how does that compare?
