Continue Watching Removal Bug?

Hello FNG here so sorry if this is the wrong section.  I searched for "Continue Warching" and while there were a variety of posts, I didn't see any mention of this exact "bug" yet.

The issue is with items (movies or episodes) that should be "removed"

1. Start a show or movie
2. Interrupt playback 
3. Item shows on Continue Watching as expected 
4. Choose to remove item
5. Item is gone as expected 
6. Start a new item
7. Interrupt playback
8. You now have 2 items in Continue Watching: The original item (which is now a "ghost" that cannot be "removed again" and the newly interrupted item.  
9. Remove newly added item, both items disappear 

At this point the process loops from step 6 unless you go to every show/movie listed and remark everything as watched, which erases the playback progress.

 

IMO the logic for "Remove from Continue Watching" should not be a direct item removal from a list?? but to remove that item's playback progress by marking it as completely watched.  Otherwise this list will grows annoyingly and indefinitely. 

 

Also can we get themes to work on AppleTV version of the app?  These work fine on the iOS version, not sure why the AppleTV app doesn't.
