For the videos that were processed before updating to v2.7.2.0 and already have the credit start time set to 0:00, how can I remove or clear those timestamps?

Even after updating to v2.7.2.0, SenPlayer is still reading 0:00 as the credit start time for those previously processed files.

If it can lookup TheIntroDB prior to checking for .strm files, that would be super helpful!

The strm file check happens first.

I'm working on making strm files possible again with a setting to enable/disable it.

You can do what @Neminemsuggested and it will fix the problem.

I've also just uploaded a fix (v2.7.5.0) to the progress bar in Emby's schedule task not working.
In that version i added a little script for you to check for and remove any 0:00 end credit type marker in the database.
That should be an easier and faster way of doing it.  
The button is located just under the "Backup & Restore" on the main page.

Depending on the size of your library it might take a little while to run.

Have set up PaddleOCR docker on my gaming PC. So my 4090 can rip through my 80K+ episodes, seems to be working well so far! 30hr ETA rather than 100s-1000s of hours via Tesseract on my unraid server. 

Issues with anime like Boruto and others, but I guess that's pretty normal?

Mostly a question of adding keywords for the OCR engine to look after.

I've just watched a couple of these episodes, but no input came up when the credit chapter started - Nvidia Shield, tried both AndroidTV and Android apps both the same. 

First I thought I'd check view chapter markers, which were all blank even though I had run this show specifically. I had previously ticked all shows in the Auto Skip section as Ideally I wouldn't want everything to be auto skipped just in case. I unticked Criminal Minds and ran manual detection again which seemingly used the chapter makers it previously made and now they appear in the image above. However still no prompts nor autoskipping.

Sorry, small error with chapter type set as "Chapter" and not "CreditStart" in your situation. Sorry for that but easy fix.
Fixed in the newest version (v2.7.6.0).

There is also a fix to the ffmpeg session flicker in the UI when using OCR detection.

3 questions: 

1. Any way we can get the OCR keywords to be case insensitive (I'm having to write them 3 times; all caps, all lower and also capitalised)?
2. If I have the word 'producer', will it also find 'producers', 'associate producer', 'associate producers', 'assistant producer', 'assistant producers' etc etc?
3. If I add a keyword (or change any setting) during processing, do I need to stop/re-start for that setting to be used?

Ah okay that's fine. I'll queue up shows instead till that cap, easier to manage. 

Also seems I am just cursed in not seeing the pop up and I can't make sense of it. My sister sent me a pic of it appearing on her LG TV with a Buffy episode, I go check the same episode on my LG TV app and no pop, both the same version too which makes it even more weirder. The only difference between us is that I have access to 4K and HD folders within Shows and her only HD, but I cannot see how that would mean I see no pop ups for credits. I'll edit my user to see if that does change anything though, other than that I am at a complete loss.

1. The keywords are case insensitive so you should only have to write them once.
The videos using special fonts can cause problems in some situations as the OCR engines i bet are only trained on normal text.
Sadly not much i can do about it, you can how ever download new training data for the OCR engines that might improve them.

Tesseract OCR and PaddleOCR are not made or maintained by me (or others working on this project), EmbyCredits just use the OCR engines.

2. Yes.

3. Yes, changing the setting will require to stop any detections running.

This option needs to be enabled in Emby for the user.

How are the files placed in your library? For example, one 1080p file and one 4K file in the same season folder?
Are they one file with multiple video streams, one 1080p stream and one 4K stream?
Are they in separate folders, like Andor 1080p and Andor 4K ?

I get Skip Intro pop ups no issue, but zero for credits.

I have 4K share and HD share (unraid) so different folders, however I have revoked 4K folder for myself and it made no difference. 

So far I have tried on the following, Windows Desktop, Shield TV AndroidTV + Android, LG TV and FireCube3, the LG one was a fresh install so reinstalling won't help.  I guess the next step is to log into my sisters profile and check.

Does the 'skipped' number only refer to those skipped having been scanned during that run (i.e. the current run hasn't yet re-scanned the episodes/series that were skipped previously)?

I will run some tests to see if I can replicate. 

It should work correctly but you will have to run detections on the folders separately. The series will show up two times in the list depending on if they are in the same library.
