Jdiesel 1431 Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 DON'T UPDATE ANY SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, PROCESSES OR CONFIGS UNTIL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS If it's working leave it be. Don't mess with things. Don't even think about it. Unless you want break something, have people bugging you, and be scrambling to fix something when you should be relaxing. Murphy's Law is in full effect for the next week. 3 2 1

Murphy's Law is in full effect for the next week. Yeah, the Audyssey MultiX app for Android broke and set all speakers to -12DB. Basically leaving people with not working AVRs. Been that way since the start of December and most likely not getting fixed for a while because of the holydays. So i completely agree, turn off every single auto update and just leave things alone for a month or so!
gthrift 64 Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I wish i could tinker. My unraid server is down and I’m pretty sure the usb drive got corrupted. We’re 3 hours away from home and apparently 20 minutes after leaving a car wreck took out a power pole. I’m assuming the ups died and it was an ungraceful shutdown.
