gillmacca01 211 Posted December 23, 2025 Posted December 23, 2025 (edited) Not sure if i am posting in the right section. Im using an m3u for my channels and using Emby's guide data. Everything has been fine until the last couple if days. The tv guide is not showing about 75% of the channel logos. When I access one of the channels I see this: It looks like the 'Logo (Dark Version)' might be corrupted. How can I fix this? Edited December 23, 2025 by gillmacca01
Luke 42077 Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 Hi there, please attach the Emby server log from when the problem occurred: How to Report a Problem Thanks!
gillmacca01 211 Posted December 24, 2025 Author Posted December 24, 2025 I don't know when the problem occurred
Luke 42077 Posted December 25, 2025 Posted December 25, 2025 OK, when you see it again, then please attach the emby server log. Thanks.
gillmacca01 211 Posted December 25, 2025 Author Posted December 25, 2025 The problem is still there, I just don't know when it started. I just need to know how to fix it

Luke 42077 Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 OK the provider is using svg which are not image files. They are icons. Anyway those are not currently supported but we do plan to support them in a future update.
gillmacca01 211 Posted December 26, 2025 Author Posted December 26, 2025 Understand what you mean, but when setting up, I said to use guide logos and im using emby guide data Are you saying emby guide data is using svg?
Luke 42077 Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 No it looks like you might be using guide data embedded in the m3u
gillmacca01 211 Posted December 26, 2025 Author Posted December 26, 2025 I was in the initial setup, but then changed it to emby guide data. It has worked for months, only the last few days have logos vanished, and I haven't changed the guide source
Luke 42077 Posted December 27, 2025 Posted December 27, 2025 OK try deleting the existing image for the affected channel, then refresh the guide data and see if that helps.
gillmacca01 211 Posted December 27, 2025 Author Posted December 27, 2025 I've already done that and it works, but with several hundred channels, to do these one by one will take ages. Is there a quicker way?
Luke 42077 Posted December 27, 2025 Posted December 27, 2025 Removing and readding the tuner is another way.
gillmacca01 211 Posted December 27, 2025 Author Posted December 27, 2025 Don't really want to do that as I have custom channel numbers/names and tags
