I have to say @Luke@ebr My issue has been resolved with 4K 100mbps Dolby Vision / HDR files stuttering at the start of playback. 

I don't even care about the ugly chapter view compared to the androidTV app anymore.  I'm done complaining.

OMG you fixed my issue with the music playback too!  The playback indicator on the ShieldTV is no longer huge. 

I'm in heaven over here.  I love you guys sending money right now for no reason at all.

I spoke too soon.  Although you fixed the start of playback not stuttering my movie night was ruined with some stuttering mid way through the movie a handful of times.  

I'll be testing the android app more moving forward.  Tonight was a 95 mbps dolby vision bluray.

Well out of frustration with the future of emby and the fact you want to eliminate the android TV emby app.

I installed jellyfin and wholphin and sure enough the playback is better than your standard android app.  95mpbs dolby vision no buffering like I experienced last night with your standard android app on my shieldTV pro. 

wholphin has only been in development for 2 months now and already a better experience than you 10 year old android app.
