Trailers not working LG Smart TV

My trailers stopped working on an LG Smart TV a week or 2 ago and I can't get them working again.   I see from other posts that this is often fixed by uninstalling, turning the TV off for 10 mins, then restarting and re-installing.   Sadly this hasn't worked for me.   Trailers do work on other clients (web/IOs) from the same server (Qnap) so it seems to be client specific.  The server has just been updated to the latest version (4.9.1.90)

The symptoms are that if I navigate to a movie,   then select the Trailer button on that movie, I get a spinning wheel for a second or two, and maybe a quick blank screen,   then back to the movie page like nothing happened.   If I navigate to the Trailers app in Emby (which I don't normally use) and then try and run a trailer I get this error:

Playback Error
No compatible streams are currently available.   Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.

I can use the Youtube App on the TV fine.

I'm attaching a server log which is from a short session where I repeatedly tried to get trailers running from movies.
