Timeout (Message) while watching video, followed by no server response

I have been having the same issue the last few days. I don't know how to debug. I've even tried to reconnect to the server but nothing changes. It happens both on Roku & Fire stick

You download the latest log from the dashboard of your server, and drag/drop it onto a post in this thread.

Hi, instructions are in my link above. Are you connecting to your own Emby server, or someone else’s?
