Hey Emby team, could you please help with understanding

I use Emby differently,  but the last installation is LXC + deb package on arm

I'm confused with hwaccels,
For example, I checked arm vs amd64 images and found that in arm, we don't have hwaccels

docker image: emby/embyserver_arm64v8:4.9.1.90

/ # ffmpeg -hwaccels
ffmpeg version 5.1-emby_2023_06_25_p4 Copyright (c) 2000-2022 the FFmpeg developers and softworkz for Emby LLC
  built with gcc 10.3.0 (crosstool-NG 1.25.0)
Execution Date: 2025-12-20 13:59:57
Hardware acceleration methods:
drm

EXIT

emby/embyserver:4.9.1.90

/ # ffmpeg -hwaccels
ffmpeg version 5.1-emby_2023_06_25_p4 Copyright (c) 2000-2022 the FFmpeg developers and softworkz for Emby LLC
  built with gcc 10.3.0 (crosstool-NG 1.25.0)
Execution Date: 2025-12-20 13:10:32
Hardware acceleration methods:
cuda
vaapi
qsv
drm
opencl

EXIT

the same situation with the deb version of Emby,

root@emby:~# LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/emby-server/lib/ /opt/emby-server/bin/ffmpeg -hwaccels
ffmpeg version 5.1-emby_2023_06_25_p4 Copyright (c) 2000-2022 the FFmpeg developers and softworkz for Emby LLC
  built with gcc 10.3.0 (crosstool-NG 1.25.0)
Execution Date: 2025-12-20 14:23:05
Hardware acceleration methods:
drm

EXIT

is it OK?

The big question for me is how to use hevc hw with Raspberry Pi 5 with Emby

HI, have you tried running emby server on each of these?

Yes, it works if I use direct playback, or H.264 transcode (the CPUs are more than enough on Raspberry Pi 5), but H.265 transcode doesn't work on the Raspberry Pi 5. I expected to use hw acc, but it looks like Emby uses custom ffmpeg on ARM only with drm
