Why is this taking so long on occasion

This seems to lock up a client every so often at random.  When it happens everything else seem to be working, other people are watching their stream but when I try to go back to the main menu it took 74057ms to respond.

I've already resorted to restarting emby every day after the latest update now but even restarting emby every day doesn't stop this issue from appearing at random.

Any ideas?

Forgot to mention I've been having it clean the database on each restart as well.  Doesn't seem to stop this issue from happening.
