Downloads get stuck on Transferring with this error

Here's a log showing the issue again. Steps to replicate are simple, it always happens when trying to download movies/shows; the movie never appears in the client's Downloads (regardless of which client I try, smart TV, iPhone, iPad); and on the server the download has the "Transferring" status
