I can start the movie "Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic" successfully. At timecode 40:35/ 17:32 (UTC+1), 11:32 (UTC-5) Video is Freezing; sound still works

To avoid side effects, I reset my Shield TV to factory settings.

I have send debug-information at  17:32 (UTC+1), 11:32 (UTC-5)

I am using this hardware/ software:

Synology NAS DS218+. DSM 7.3.2-86009

Emby-Server 4.9.2.8 beta. This problem also occurs with 4.9.1.90

NVidia Shield TV, Android TV Version 9.2.2, Security Patches 05.09.2025

enby Android TV-Version: 2.1.23g

I have bought the premiere key!

Is that the only one doing it?

It might be a bad media file, try remuxing it.

Hmm looks like Subs are first priority in this file.

17:31:38.352 Input #0, mpegts, from '/volume2/zeichentrick_anime/Black Butler- Book of the Atlantic (2017).ts':
17:31:38.353   Duration: 01:35:54.12, start: 78285.694289, bitrate: 2770 kb/s
17:31:38.355   Program 17505
17:31:38.356   Stream #0:0[0x25](deu,deu): Subtitle: dvb_teletext ([6][0][0][0] / 0x0006), 492x250, Start-Time 78285.714s
17:31:38.358   Stream #0:1[0x5ff]: Video: mpeg2video (Main) ([2][0][0][0] / 0x0002), yuv420p(tv, top first), 720x576 [SAR 64:45 DAR 16:9], Level 8, 25 fps, 25 tbr, 90k tbn, Start-Time 78285.694s

I would remux it so video is first.

Edit: Thank you very much for your support.

In the meantime, I have tested this file on other devices (Android tablet, various web browsers): there are no playback issues on any other device.

How can I remux this file and change the priority?

I have playback-problems with other movies.

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Thanks.
