I have paid for emby premiere. I use fire tv stick and I cannot access the desktop to enter my code. There is no side-bar.

My server email I am using in the App is different to the one used when ordering the premiere service so how do I get the benefit of my purchase?

Unfortunately this link is of no help to me.

It seems that even with the premiere version update the app still has the same issue with being unable to play uhd video buffering and freezing.

If emby support cannot resolve this then I will have to request a refund.
