Trailers Not Showing - Need Particular Order

I have acquired the trailers for Longlegs and they should appear in a specific order (that movie had the BEST marketing!).

I have put them in the movie folder in a sub-folder called Trailers like this with numbers to make Emby play them in order ...

`-- Trailers
    |-- 01 Teaser - Say Your Prayers.mkv
    |-- 02 Trailer - Every Year There Is Another.mkv
    |-- 03 Trailer - You've Got the Teeth of the Hydra Upon You.mkv
    `-- 04 Trailer - The End.mkv

... but when I wait for a while then view the movie screen in Emby on web or Roku, it does not play any of those (just seems to show 2 generic ones) and there is no naming of the Trailers etc.

What have I done wrong?

How do I do that again ... and should the extra files read the filename title or something so I know it's worked?  Will it honour the 01 02 03 ordering?

Hi, try just going into library setup and then clicking scan all libraries.

Well trailers generally don't get displayed. It's mainly just when you click the Trailer button that it will play one of them.

Ah, so they are treated differently to 'Featurettes' or 'Extras' on the actual movie screen page.

Right we probably should display it like that, but we don't currently.

Can I make that a request please, to make a section for Trailers like Featurettes etc.

Also if it’s possible to show the trailers in order if the filename has numbering?

 Is that possible now at all?
