Unable to Link my server with alexa

Hi everyone 

i am trying to configure my echo dots to launch Emby.

I have installed the Skill Emby when i try to add the server to control in the dropdown nothing is diplayed even though it seems that im well connected (i use the admin user fyi)

I have tested on the web with standard URL  https://app.emby.media/ and my server is automatically connected.

what is the issue ?

its ok i found my problem it was related to the user associated with the email sued by emby connect
