Where is the codebase for the Podcasts app? (Also:: podcasts improvements)

As per the title, where might I find the codebase/git for the podcasts plugin? I have some suggestions.

Namely:

• I think it's been discussed before but it would be great to prefetch/download podcast episodes to the emby server, as opposed to a several-hop stream. And not just downloading to a device, though in lieu that's a nice feature. Opting in and specifying a directory in settings would be great
• Better default settings for viewing the list of episodes in a podcast; should default to:
  • Order by air/release date
  • Display in the list view
