Skip intro not appearing for downloaded content

Hello, Android mobile 3.5.20, the skip intro option does not appear for downloaded content. Whether you play from "downloads" section or play from item in library with "downloaded version" selected, the skip intro option does not appear.

 

Is this a bug, or has the skip intro functionality not be implemented for downloaded content yet?

Also please include support for reading credit markers as well for local content. Has any progress been made here?
