Skip Intro Disappears

Hi

I am running Coreelec 21.3 and Emby For Kodi 12.3.6. I am using the Bingie Skin for Kodi.  Lately I have been running into issue with Skip Intro option that is part of the Emby Kodi Plugin.  It seems to show up for the first 5 episodes then all of a sudden it disappears, I am no longer offered the option to Skip Intro.  I go back into an episode that had the Skip Intro and it is no longer there.  I restart Kodi, go back into the same episode and the option is there again.  Is there any way to fix this problem?
