The horizontally scrolling subtitles on the web version are choppy

I've been using this software for 6 years. Yesterday, I updated to the latest version 4.9.1.90 and discovered a small bug: when the web version player loads horizontal subtitles, it stutters, pausing about once per second. Pausing and replaying it resolves the issue. This happens with every video containing horizontal subtitles. I recorded a screen and made a GIF showing this. This problem only occurs with the web version player; I haven't encountered it on the mobile app or other apps. On another device I have installed Jellyfin, playback is normal, I'm not sure if it's a bug.

I had no problems using the older version, but I don't know which version it was.
