You can simplify with div.homeSectionsContainer and div.settingsContainer for Home Screen and App Settings. /* Add backdrop - Home and Settings only */ div.homeSectionsContainer, div.view-settings-settings div.settingsContainer {background-image: url("https://wallpapercave.com/wp/wp11259304.jpg");background-size: cover;} Looks like the settings page will need different code as "cover" puts image off the page as there is over different code per pages. MediaEmby1968 47 Posted December 14, 2025 Author Posted December 14, 2025 Thanks, it worked, although adding a comma between the section commands and removing the last `background cover` code was necessary. That code was causing the image to be visible in some parts and only partially visible in others because it was zoomed in. Thanks again. div.homeSectionsContainer, div.view-settings-settings, div.settingsContainer {background-image: url("https://wallpapercave.com/wp/wp11259304.jpg");}
MediaEmby1968 47 Posted December 15, 2025 Author Posted December 15, 2025 @Happy2Play I've noticed that the image moves when I scroll. It looks like this. Is there any way to make it stay fixed, like it did in the other version?

MediaEmby1968 47 Posted December 15, 2025 Author Posted December 15, 2025 I just fixed it; I was going to write what I found. It's by adding the code at the end. background-attachment: fixed; As always, thank you so much for everything.
KobayashiM 27 Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I implemented the above but for some reason the background eventually disappeared on the settings page. So instead I referenced div.backgroundContainer which seemed to hit all the pages. The second div reference I had added previously so I left it as-is. /* ----------------------------- CUSTOM BACKDROP ---------------------------------*/ div.backgroundContainer, div.view-startup-manuallogin { background-image: url("/web/modules/themes/custom-images/poster-bg-4k-dim-10.jpg"); }
MediaEmby1968 47 Posted January 9 Author Posted January 9 (edited) @Kobayashi M Thank you so much, it looks much better now; it appears in all the settings and home sections. One question: I can't find this path /web/modules/themes/custom-images/. The web folder is supposed to be the same as this path /usr/lib/emby-server/dashboard-ui/modules/ but shortened, or something like that. That path is for Linux, in case you see something different. No prob. I'm running Emby 4.9.1.90 containerized in Unraid. In my case, /web = /app/emby/system/dashboard-ui
